MATHO
develops, designs and
produces cutting units and waste extraction systems for large variety of
converting industries like labels, paper, carton, food, blister
packaging, wood, textiles, non-woven and plastic industries. The machine
systems exhaust, cut, reduce and transport your production waste into
the dedicated waste disposal.
Stand-alone, compact
and mobile “Cuttobag” local systems CB-100 and CB-1000.1 & 2 for 1 or 2
machines incl. cutting unit (“Cuttopipe”) and collection bag - up to
“Cuttopress” complete central waste handling systems for non-stop
production for several machines.
For the label
industry in particular, the MATHO systems have proven to increase
efficiency of both press-room as well as finishing & slitting department
and allows non-stop production.
Matho provides each
customer with individual solutions for their special requirements. All
solutions offered are suitable for as well trim and cutting waste as
selfadhesive materials. In our central Cuttopress systems, the chopped
material is transported via ducting system into either a baler,
(CP-4000), a briquetting press (CP-5000) or a stationary container press
(CP-6000). Solutions for the air cleaning and recuperation can also be
added to the systems to save energy.
Cuttopipe
– the Cutting Units are designed for either existing or new exhausting
systems with different tubing cross sections. Matho offers various
models and solutions depending on type of application and materials.
The Cuttopipe units
have an innovative inner construction resulting in very low air
resistance and therefore operate very energy efficient.
The Matho systems
comprise 3 phases: 1) Chopping, 2) Transporting;
3) Collection / Press
either in local systems or central systems
